Xenophobia: Pastor Adeboye plead Nigerians Not To Attack South Africans

Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has urged with Nigerians not to attack South Africans and their businesses because of the attack unleashed on Nigerian citizens and other African migrants in the former apartheid nation recently.

Making the plea during his sermon at the September edition of the Holy Ghost Service at the Redemption Camp along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway on Friday, the respected clergy said that not engaging in retaliatory attacks was in the interest of Nigerians still living in South Africa.

He said, “I beg you in the name of God, don’t retaliate against South Africa.

“Don’t revenge because of the Nigerians who are still living in South Africa.

“Let us leave this job to the governments, let them solve this problem at the governmental level.

“Pray for them that God will give them the wisdom, the understanding, the ability to do it.
